    At the moment, LED street lights are used more and more on the road. The main reason is that they are green, low-carbon and environmentally friendly, with low power consumption, high luminous efficiency and long service life. Therefore, at the moment, the upgrade of municipal roads and street lights should first consider LED street lights. With the advancement of science and technology, LED technology has become more and more mature, and high-power LED street light sources can already meet the needs of general street lights. The luminous efficiency of the general high-pressure sodium lamp is 100LM/W, and the commonly used high-power LED is 50-60LM/W. The best LED chip abroad can reach 80LM/W. The higher the luminous efficiency, the better the energy-saving effect. It is also one of the most important indicators for choosing lighting LED street lights. However, there is no clear stipulation in the LED standard, so you must carefully confirm when purchasing LED street lights. In order to reduce manufacturing costs, some street lamp manufacturers only use a few hundred 0.5W low-power LED street lamps. However, the length of light decay of this low-power LED is very serious, and the lifetime of the light decay to 80% is only 1000 hours. Therefore, as a street lamp that needs to be used for a long time, it is absolutely not allowed to use such low-power LEDs. If you choose high-power LEDs (generally more than 30W), the light decay will be much better.
