1. Sign bottom plate 1. The material that can be used for the sign bottom plate is 3mm thick aluminum alloy plate, and the material properties should meet the relevant requirements of GB5768, GB/T6892 and JT/T279. 2. The edges and included angles of the bottom plate of the sign should be properly chamfered, smooth and smooth, and there should be no burrs on the edges. 3. For the size of the sign board, the general deviation of the external dimension is ±5mm. If the external dimension is greater than 1.2m, the deviation is ±0.5% of the external dimension, and the angle deviation of the adjacent sides is 0.5°. 4. The sign board should be flat, with no obvious wrinkles, dents or deformation on the surface, and the flatness tolerance per square meter of the sign board should not be greater than 1.0mm. 5. The sign board is not allowed to have cracks, obvious scratches, damage and uneven color; on any surface with an area of u200bu200b50×50cm2, one or more bubbles with a total area greater than 10mm2 are not allowed, and no bubbles are allowed. There is uneven retroreflective performance. 6. Screen printing should be used when producing a large number of identical signs (especially national standard warnings, prohibitions, indication signs, etc.). 7. When installed on the anti-collision wall of the bridge, the sign board should be processed according to the side arc of the anti-collision wall. 2. Chute and reinforcement 1. The chute is made of the same material with the same performance as the base plate of the sign. Generally, aluminum alloy hot extruded profiles can be used. 2. A 10cm wide aluminum chute is used behind the sign board above 2 square meters, and the aluminum groove interval is 50cm, and the material properties should meet the relevant requirements of GB/T6892. 3. Sign surface 1. The sign surface should generally adopt the reflective film of grade four (usually called engineering grade) or above, and the grade of reflective film should be appropriately increased if there are special requirements. Guiding signs should refer to the requirements of 'Guidelines for the Design of Road Traffic Guiding Signs in Guangzhou'. 2. The reflective film should be pasted on the entire sign surface, and at least 2cm beyond the edge. After the reflective film is pasted, the excess part should be removed. Where the width or height of the sign board is less than 1.2m, the reflective film used for sticking shall not have seams. Lamination seams should be used for pasting the reflective film. The overlap between the upper reflective film and the lower reflective film shall not be less than 5mm, and the principle of horizontal overlapping shall be adopted. When using a roller to stick or reverse the reflective film, it can be flat and the interval should not exceed 1mm. There shall be no splicing within 5cm from the edge of the sign board. 3. For the lamination of large-area base film, the lamination machine should be used. 4. Supports and fasteners 1. Supports such as traffic sign columns and rods can be made of angle steel, channel steel, steel pipe and steel plate materials according to the specific support form, and their material properties should meet the requirements of GB700 and GB708. 2. The connecting parts of traffic signs include connecting the chute of the sign board and the beam and the hoop, bolts and nuts, as well as the anchor bolts and nuts connecting the sign flange and the foundation, special stainless steel strips, etc. And mechanical properties should meet the requirements of GB/T1938, GB/T3098 and other corresponding standards. 3. Specifications generally used for single poles: single poles supporting signs above 2m2 are made of Φ89mm steel pipes; single poles supporting signs below 2m2 are made of Φ76mm steel pipes. 4. The cantilevered sign pole (L pole) is made of octagonal steel and is the support pole for the sign. The length of the L-rod cantilever should be selected in the range of 6m~11m according to the conditions for installing traffic signs on the actual road. 5. The single pole on the viaduct or overpass is directly installed on the anti-collision barrier, and the bottom plate of the column should be processed according to the side arc of the anti-collision wall, and fixed with more than 4 Φ16mm expansion bolts. 6. When the sign base plate is reinforced with sliding aluminum grooves, the reinforcement method shall be as shown in Figure E1 in Appendix E of GB5768-1999. 7. The top of the steel pipe should be capped, marked with uprights, rods, bolts and nuts. After hot-dip galvanizing treatment, three layers of silver-gray hot-dip galvanizing paint should be sprayed. Accessories such as fasteners, joints and connectors should be made of the same materials as the materials to be connected. When the metal materials in contact are different, insulating materials should be laid to prevent electrolytic corrosion. 5. Marking 1. There should be clear and durable marks on the back of the sign board, including: (1) The applied standard number. (2) The manufacturer's name, trademark or other symbols representing the manufacturer. (3) The type and grade of retroreflective material used for the sign board. (4) The year, month, and day of production. 2. There is a clear mark on the column of the sign pole, including: (1) The name of the manufacturer. (2) Sign pole number. (3) Pole date. 3. For each batch of sign board products, there should be instructions for use provided by the manufacturer, including: (1) Assembly and installation instructions for the sign board. (2) Instructions for use and maintenance of the sign board. (3) A description of the restrictions on the location of use of the sign board. 4. For each batch of sign board products, there should be a product quality grade inspection certificate provided by the manufacturer. 6. Materials Logo base plate 1. The chemical composition, cold-rolled sheet grades, specifications, mechanical properties, dimensions and allowable deviations of aluminum alloy sheets shall comply with the provisions of GB3190, GB3880, and GB3194. 2. When the aluminum alloy plate is used for the sign plate, its minimum thickness should not be less than 3mm.
