solar street light project bidding documents will be publicly tendered. Appropriate bidders are welcome to bid.
1. Bidding content: 2017 Huaibei Rural Energy Office Solar Street Light Project
Qualification requirements of bidders:
1. Bidders must meet the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the 'Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China' .
2. The production company must be a manufacturer of lithium battery solar solar street lights legally registered in the People's Republic of China; it must have an environmental assessment statement for lithium battery production projects; it must have the necessary design, production, and manufacturing capabilities, and the bidding solar energy special intelligence The type lithium battery storage and control system must be produced and manufactured by the manufacturer itself.
3. The bidder shall be the product manufacturer or the distributor who holds the product manufacturer’s authorization letter for this project.
4. The product manufacturer has the quality management system certification GB/T19001－2008/ISO9001:2008, the manufacturer’s environmental management system certification GB/T24001-2004/ISO14001:2004; the occupational health and safety management system is suitable for GB/T28001 -2011 standard requirements. (Bring the original for reference)
5. At least one similar project contract (carry the original for future reference), product quality certification document or product quality inspection statement [provincial (including provincial) or higher quality inspection department inspection statement], quality certificate and related certification certificates Or supporting documents, supply of 2016 financial statements, bank credit rating certificate (or original credit certificate issued by the bank).
6. Have the ability to perform this project, and will not accept bids from consortiums, branches and self-employed businesses that do not have independent legal personality.
3. Bid registration time and deadline:
1. Bid registration time: From 8:00 on July 12, 2017 to 9:00 on August 2, 2017 (Beijing time), the bidding unit can log in to the Huaibei City Public Resources Trading Network to download the bidding documents by itself.
2. Deadline for bidding (bid opening time): 9:00 on August 2, 2017 (Beijing time) (all matters are subject to the bidding documents)

5. Payment of bid bond:
This project is not subcontracted, with a budget of 3.84 million yuan. The bid deposit is RMB 50,000. It must be remitted from the bidder's own account (excluding branches, subsidiaries, offices, and personal accounts), and reach the bank account specified in the bidding announcement of this project before the deadline for bidding, otherwise the system will regard it as abandoning the bid.
