(3) Topcoat (topcoat, topcoat) Topcoat is the surface layer of spray paint. A variety of light-fast color pigments are added to the face oil, so that the spray coating has a soft color. According to the different needs of indoor and outdoor, it can be sprayed into glossy or flat coating. Top oil plays the role of beautifying the appearance of the spray coating and improving the durability of the coating. The difference between spray paint and plastic spray: ● The leveling of spray paint is better than that of spray plastic. The solvent, auxiliaries and the molecular structure of the resin used for spray painting all contribute to the leveling. The spray plastic does not, so it often has an orange pattern effect. ● Paint can be repaired. In the process of painting, the pockmarks or scratches caused by the excessive air film can be repaired at any time, because the paint has the function of recoating. And spray molding doesn't work. ● The flexibility (bending) of spray paint is better than that of plastic spray. Spray paint can bend 1mm, or even T-bend, but spray plastic can't. ● The decoration of spray paint is rich. The appearance color of spray paint is dozens of times more than that of spray plastic, and the same material can be made into different effects. For example, non-metallic materials such as plastic, wood, paper, cloth, and leather can be made into aluminum. ● The hardness of spray paint is the same as that of spray plastic. ● The pre-treatment cost of plastic spraying is low, and it is faster than plastic spraying. ● Spray plastic must be baked at high temperature. Plastic, wood, paper, cloth, and leather cannot be baked at high temperatures. ● Fast delivery of spray paint, even small batches or special requirements can meet customer orders to the greatest extent. ● Compared with plastic spray, the surface quality of spray paint is easier to overcome the defects of the substrate and meet the customer's quality requirements. However, if the spray surface is not handled properly, pitting defects (bubbles) are more likely to occur. 1. Plastic spraying - the corona discharge phenomenon is used to make the powder coating adsorb on the workpiece, so that the entire workpiece can obtain a powder coating of a certain thickness, and then the powder is melted, leveled and cured by heat, that is, a hard surface is formed on the surface of the workpiece. Coating film; spray thickness of 0.12-0.16mm is the best, if it is too thick, it will not be firm, and if it is too thin, it will leak blue, which can not only control the cost, but also ensure the requirements of the salt spray test. In addition, spraying is the same as powder spraying, and powder spraying is a visual expression of spraying. 2. Spray paint - spray the paint directly on the surface of the object, and then dry it naturally or at a low temperature to form a paint film. The thickness of spray paint is 0.02-0.04mm. 3. Baking paint - apply primer three times and topcoat four times on the substrate. After each paint, it is sent to a dust-free constant temperature baking room for drying. Relatively speaking, the adhesion of spray plastic is better than that of spray paint, and spray plastic is more durable than spray paint. The hand feel and visual inspection can be easily distinguished. The hand feeling of spray plastic is soft and full, but the spray paint is not; the appearance of the plastic layer is easy to form uneven surface, and the surface is uneven if you look closely. You can also use a knife to scrape it. The plastic component can be clearly seen in the spray section, but the spray paint does not.
