(3) Count the lamps according to the delivery list; check the parts one by one with reference to the packing list and check whether there is any damage such as bumps, abrasions, deformations and scratches, and the unqualified products are prevented from being installed. Light pole components and easily worn accessories (such as solar cell components, lamp head numbers) must be placed with soft pads to avoid unnecessary damage such as scratches during the installation process. When the lower light pole assembly is placed, an iron frame should be supported at the upper end to facilitate the installation of the upper light pole assembly. (4) Check the nameplates of solar cell modules and wind turbines, and check whether the standard, type, and quantity meet the description requirements. (5) Check whether the exterior of the solar cell modules and wind turbines is damaged or scratched, and if so, replace them immediately. (6) Check the positive and negative signs of the solar cell module to ensure that the positive and negative electrodes are connected correctly, and use a multimeter to verify it to prevent the appearance of faulty signs. Verification method: Use the red and black test pens of the digital multimeter to touch the two electrodes of the solar cell module respectively. If the positive value is displayed, the corresponding electrode of the red test pen is positive, and if the negative value is displayed, the red test pen is a debt to the government electrode.
