Bid qualification and other requirements



1. The bidder must be a lamp pole lamp manufacturer or agent agent with independent legal personality. The agent agent provides the manufacturer's unique authorization letter.

2. The bidder has ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14000 environmental quality management system, occupational health and safety management system certification certificates. The manufacturer shall provide the original, and the agency agent shall provide a copy of the relevant certificate of the agent for the producer, affixed with the official seal of the producer.
