Bid qualification and other requirements
1. The bidder must be a lamp pole lamp manufacturer or agent agent with independent legal personality. The agent agent provides the manufacturer's unique authorization letter.
2. The bidder has ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14000 environmental quality management system, occupational health and safety management system certification certificates. The manufacturer shall provide the original, and the agency agent shall provide a copy of the relevant certificate of the agent for the producer, affixed with the official seal of the producer.
3. The bidder must provide the 'Certificate of Non-bribery Criminal Act' (original) issued by the inspection authority of the bidding unit and its legal representative in the past three years;
4. The bidder must provide the bidding company and the legal representative with a 'no bribery commitment letter in the past three years';
5. In accordance with Article 6 of the 'Several Delimitations of the Supreme People's Court on Issuing the List of Discarded Persons Subject to Enforcement (Fa Shi [2013] No. 17)The list of persons subject to enforcement of dropped letters shall not participate in bidding;
6. The social legal person has the 'Interim Act on Joint Punishment of Credit Dropping Behaviors of Social Legal Persons in Anhui Province' (Wanzheng Office [2015] No. 52) Credit Dropping Behavior as defined in Article 6 (Credit Dropping Behavior on the Bid Deadline) Still in execution), not allowed to participate in bidding;
