5. Supplier qualification conditions:

1. Participating suppliers should be defined in accordance with Article 22 of the Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China;

2. Independent legal person units registered in China, with legal and valid legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate or supply business license with unified social credit code;

3. The bidder must provide the original copy of the bribery crime file inquiry letter issued by the people's procuratorate of the city (prefecture), county (district) where the business is located or where the business occurs (the deadline for bidding is within the validity period);

4. Provide a written statement that the participating authorities have no record of major violations of the law in the procurement activities within the past 3 years;

5. Agents who participate in the agency must provide the original manufacturer’s authorization letter and after-sales commitment letter for the products invested in this project;

6. If the legal representative participates in the bidding, it must provide the certification documents of the legal representative; if the entrusted agent participates in the bidding, it must provide the certification documents of the legal representative and the power of attorney of the legal representative.

Note: This project does not accept consortium bidding.
