In accordance with the requirements of Huang Cai Cai Ji [2017] No. 1666 issued by the Finance Bureau of Huanggang City, Hubei Province, Hubei Huayi Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. was entrusted by the Office of the Rural Energy Leading Group of Huanggang City to provide solar street lights and Relevant services conduct public bidding and procurement, and bidders with suitable qualification conditions are welcome to participate in the bidding.

3. Bidding content: 1513 7m solar street lights
4. Funding sources and procurement budget: Subsidy funds for higher-level projects, with a procurement budget of RMB 6,808,500.
5. Qualification requirements of bidders:
1. Have the ability to independently bear civil liability;
2. Have a good business reputation and a sound fiscal and accounting system;
3. Have the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary to perform the contract;
4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
5. In the current three years of participating in the government procurement hook, there is no major illegal record in the operation hook;
6.
