Project Overview: Procurement and installation of 330 solar street lights
Project budget (RMB): 858,000 yuan
3. Qualification requirements of bidders:
1. A legal person that meets the conditions specified in Article 22 of the 'Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China' (not restricted by the online announcement of the relevant bidding management department);
2. The bidder must provide at least 1 copy of similar project performance in the past 3 years (since July 1, 2014, based on the date of signing the contract) for a single contract value of 500,000 yuan or more or the quantity of 200 or more similar projects ；
3. This bidding does not accept consortium bidding;
4. The bidding documents have been registered and obtained from the Maanshan Public Resources Trading Center website (website: zbcg.mas.gov.cn).
5. The bidder must meet one of the following circumstances (the record of bad behavior is subject to the 'Interim Measures for Information Handling of Bad Behaviors of Public Resource Transaction Entities in Ma'anshan' (Ma Gongguan [2016] No. 35)):
(1) In the two years prior to the opening of bids, the public resource transaction supervision and management department of Ma'anshan City or County has not recorded bad behavior records or recorded bad behavior records of less than 5 points.
(2) Recently, it was recorded by the public resource trading supervision and management department of Ma'anshan City and County that the cumulative score of bad behavior records reached 5 to 9 points (including 9 points) and the release date was more than 3 months after the bid opening date.
(3) In the recent past, it was recorded by the Ma'anshan City and County Public Resource Transaction Supervision and Management Department to record a cumulative score of 10 to 19 points (including 19 points) and the release date was more than 6 months after the bid opening date.
(4) In the recent past, it was recorded by the public resource trading supervision and management department of Ma'anshan City and the county, and the cumulative score of bad behavior records reached 20 to 29 points (including 29 points), and the release date was more than 12 months after the bid opening date.
(5) In the recent past, it was recorded by the Maanshan City and County Public Resource Transaction Supervision and Management Department with a cumulative score of 30 points or more (including 30 points), and the release date was more than 24 months from the bid opening date.
