Qualification requirements for bidding

7. Agents or distributors who participate in bidding must provide the original product manufacturer’s authorization letter and after-sales commitment letter for the project (supplied after winning the bid). Only one product of the same brand and model will be accepted. The bidders bid, otherwise they will be dealt with as invalid bids;

8. The bidder has undertaken at least one similar performance in the supply, installation and commissioning of lithium battery solar street lights with a single contract value of 150,000 yuan and above. (When bidding, the bid winning notice, contract, and completion acceptance statement must be provided at the same time)

9. The bidder must provide the “Certificate of No Bribery Crimes” (original) issued by the inspection agency for the past three years by the bidding unit and its legal representative.

10. The bidder must provide the bidding company and the legal representative with a 'no bribery commitment letter in the past three years';

11. This project does not accept consortium bidding;
