VI. Supplier Qualification Requirements:
1. Enterprise legal person business license (duplicate), tax registration certificate (duplicate), organization code certificate (duplicate), or business license (duplicate) of the three-in-one enterprise providing a unified social credit code;
2. Possessing the third-level and above qualifications for professional contracting of urban and road lighting projects;
3. Letter of authorization of the legal representative (attached with a copy of the legal representative’s ID card) and the authorized person’s ID card (the legal representative only needs to submit his ID card for direct bidding);
4. The authorization letter of the manufacturer of the product being put into operation.
VII. Sale of Bidding Documents:
1. Sale time: July 14, 2017 to July 24, 2017, 8:00 to 11:00 in the morning, 15:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon (except holidays);
2. Sale address: Room 302, Purchasing Center of Jingbian County Authorities;
3. Document price: The price of each set of bidding documents is 500 yuan (RMB), and is non-refundable. Please bring the unit introduction letter and original ID card when purchasing the bidding documents. (Note: Please bring your own U disk copy or Send by e-mail);
4. Bid deposit: 10,000 yuan (RMB).
