VI. Supplier Qualification Requirements
1. Provide the enterprise legal person business license, tax registration certificate, and organization code certificate that have passed the annual inspection (the three-certificate/five-certificate enterprise only provides the copy of the business license with the unified social credit code);
2. The legal representative should issue the original ID card for direct bidding. 4. The bidder shall have the qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction at level 3 or above or the qualification for general contracting of highway construction issued by the competent administrative department, and have a valid safety production permit;
5. The project manager to be dispatched must have the qualification certificate of a registered construction engineer of grade 2 or above and a valid safety production inspection certificate;
6. The bidding company shall provide a tax payment certificate for any month of the three months before registration;
7. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
Remarks: Please bring item 2 when registering. The original qualification shall be carried by the bidder for reference at the time of bid opening. All disputes arising from qualification shall be borne by the bidder.
