Do you know the production process of the Conical Solar Light Pole?

1 Fabricating the board

The whole piece of Q235 steel plate is cut into trapezoidal slices according to the thickness required by customers. The flange also needs to fabricate board first, and then make the hole as per the size.

2 Rolling the rod

Roll the trapezoid into a cylindrical shape

3 Welding

Welding into a rod shape

4 Surface treatment

Polishing only for Galvanized plate is ok

5Plating

The rods will be delivered to the plating factory for hot-dipped galvanization.

After hot plating, the pole is still a bit rough and needs to be polished.

Finally, put them in the oven to spray fluorine and chlorine paint.

Generally, light poles with low prices are sprayed directly on a galvanized plate. Therefore, the paint will often fall off, and the solder joints will rust.

If the light pole wasn’t be put in the oven before, the paint will peel off layer by layer

Hot-dip galvanizing does not rust or peel easily, which has been widely used in the installation of various solar led lights.
