The reporter recently learned from the street lamp office of the State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company that with the full resumption of construction projects in our city, the street lamp office has started the 2018 old community renovation project. The renovation project of old communities in 2018 involves Hongqiao District, Nankai District, Hexi District, etc. It is planned to complete the installation and renovation of street lights in more than 50 communities. Most of the communities have no street lights or have street lights but are unmanaged for a long time. The renovation project of the old residential area will all use LED light source lamps to ensure the brightness while effectively reducing energy consumption and ensure the safe travel of residents at night.
